Create a theme file with dividers for each theme. You can store all the games, charts, pictures and any other resources you made for the theme in this file in plastic sleeves. This way they are easy to find and remain in a good condition for future use.

In the beginning of the year make several name tags for each child. Choose a simple picture or symbol for each child that you draw or paste down next to their name. The symbol will help them to recognise which locker, chair or space on the carpet is theirs. By attaching these labels with Velcro, you will be able to move them around during the year if you need to.
